In our Chichester Sports Therapy clinic, lower back pain must be over 60% of my work load! Due to the strains and stresses of every day life, the fitness industry and poor work postures we are in daily, lower back pain effects nearly everyone at some point in their life. But we have to work and why shouldn’t we do the exercise we enjoy?
Therefore in my Chichester Pilates class’s i always include a pelvic floor exercise series, to help my clients create a stronger and healthier back & core! This will make their sitting and standing posture better, improve their sport and reduce their risk of back pain!
Try 8-10 exercises of each exercise below – add to the end of your work out! Take breaks when required and reset pelvic posture and aim to build up to doing all exercises with 10 reps and no rest!!
