I like to always see my clients enhancing in their Pilates practise in my Chichester Pilates classes. I always encourage people to advance their exercises every two weeks to allow them to continue progression and not plateau.
I have found teaching online Pilates classes, live and recorded over the last few months a new challenge, to ensure there is a level to suit everyone in my class. As you can’t easily keep and eye on everyone, like you can do in person, or adapt an exercise/movement quickly for one individual, which i always do in my Chichester Pilates classes.
Therefore i have really enjoyed doing, what i call, build up exercises. This means each individual can work to the full progression in their own time and mark their own progress. Here is a full body flow i created and loved teaching last week in my live Pilates classes.I’ve really enjoyed teaching this full body flowing routine in my classes this week!
You’ll work your:
1. Shoulders
2. Core
3. Back
4. Legs
