Pilates with confidence:

 Pilates is becoming so popular due to its increased awareness to improve bodily health. It is a great compliment to anyone’s weekly training regime.

Our instructors at Dynamic are sports physical therapist who works along side physiotherapists in treating injuries on a daily basis. She finds the majority of injuries develop from the spine, due to bad posture and lazy muscles!

All class’s have no more than 10 participants, therefore you can rest assured that she will be keeping a close eye to ensure correct and safe movement, but at the same time challenging you to continue progression.


Beginners – Intermediates Pilates in Chichester:

Class’s are taught in a beginners – intermediate style as we find participants like to stay in a class they develop relationships with other participants. You can also continue progressions in the same class, without having to change groups, as your Pilates teacher will demonstrate easier and harder options.


How does Pilates help back and neck pain?

Pilates is commonly advised by GPs, Physios and others health professionals to help with ongoing joint and muscle pains & conditions. Pilates will teach you how to engage your pelvic floor, strengthen important muscles required for good posture, enhance shoulder stability and work on whole spinal mobility.
