Private Pilates in Chichester

I offer Private Pilates in Chichester.  Sessions are advised to those with any injuries or conditions and for those who are completely new to Pilates and of course if you prefer your Pilates to be on a 1-1 or 2-1 basis.

Private Pilates sessions of 1-1 and 2-1 can be in studio, at your home or online. Being able to pick your own time each week, makes this another advantage of private Pilates. You’ll also receive exercises straight to your inbox to continue at home, in your own time. 

Pilates is a great form of exercise to help those with spinal conditions, chronic pain, poor posture, weak muscles, reduced flexibility or reduced mobility. It’s also helps to prevent injuries and improve musculo-skeletal pains. The private sessions allow us to work on your exact needs, each session is tailored to your goals and I can  help to improve your body, mind, lifestyle and even sport, through Pilates.

Your weakness and strengths will be addressed and as you go through your sessions, progress will be recorded and monitored, so that you can track your own personal goals.

I always advise one private session before joining a Pilates class, this allows you to gain an insight into the Pilates world, how to breath, find neutral spine and use your pelvic floor. It also allows me to understand your injuries or weaknesses, so that when you join one of my Pilates classes you feel confident and at ease.
