Pre and Postnatal Pilates one – one:

I offer pre and postnatal one to one Pilates in the comfort of your own home. Pilates is a gentle form of exercise that can help you;

  • Maintain your pelvic floor strength
  • Reduce the incidents of pelvic girdle pain and lower back pain
  • Improve posture awareness
  • Encourage circulation
  • Aid relaxation
  • Help prepare you for labor

Mum and Baby group Pilates class

coming June 2026; Enjoy a gentle exercise class, alongside your baby. Where you can start to focus on your pelvic floor, core stability and treat your body to movements that will undo that built up tightness and poor postures we all can’t avoid when caring for our babies. T&C’s Mums must be 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by their DR for exercise. Babies must be pre-crawling age (roughly 6weeks-6 months).
