Stretch & Flex;
A class dedicated to flexibility, mobility and deep stretches. The class runs for around 45 minutes with one of our experienced fitness experts who will take you through a variety of standing and laying movements, stretches and positions, to help improve your sport, training, muscular aches and pains.
Functional Circuits;
A fitness class guaranteed to make you sweat, challenging all aspects of your body; legs, core, arms and back. The instructor will demonstrate each exercise before hand and will coach and motivate you through this dynamic workout! The class will run for 60 minutes, which will involve a thorougher warm up and cool down.
Kettle bells;
Come in and choose your weight, and don’t go too heavy as it’ll be your companion for the next hour! Kettle bell class’s are well known to get you sweating, heart racing and muscles working! The class will be lead by an instructor, and you will follow their lead. The hour will also include a comprehensive warm up and cool down
Lower Limb Rehab;
This is a small class of 6-8 people, focusing on muscle re-education, joint stability and function. This class is for pre & post operative, sport specific rehabilitation and on-going joint/muscular conditions of the lower limbs (glutes, legs, ankles and feet).
